Welcome to Devyne Esthetics! We are a small black-owned business founded by Deja Coles, a licensed esthetician located in Louisville, Kentucky. CANCELLATION POLICY
*IF YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT OUTSIDE OF MY REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS, PLEASE TEXT 502-999-4132 OR SEND A DIRECT MESSAGE. I WILL DO MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU.* Cancellation, No-Show Policy, Refunds, & Deposits At Devyne Esthetics, I value your time and ask that you value mine as well. To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, the following policies are in place: 1. No-Call, No-Show Policy • If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying me, 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. • After two no-call, no-shows, you will be permanently banned from booking future appointments. • If the card on file fails to process the charge for a no-call, no-show, you will be automatically banned from booking. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • You have up to 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. • If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, your deposit will be forfeited. • To rebook after canceling within the 24-hour window, you will be required to pay a new deposit to secure your next appointment. 3. Refund Policy • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services or products. • If you experience any issues with your lash extensions, you are eligible for one complimentary touch-up within 3 days of your original appointment. After this 3-day period, any additional maintenance will be charged as a half refill or full refill, depending on the amount of time that has passed and the condition of your lashes. 4. Deposit Policy • All deposits are non-refundable, unless the appointment is cancelled by me. If I need to reschedule your appointment for whatever reason you will not be required to pay an additional deposit. • Deposits can be paid through the booking website using the card on file, or via Cash App (@DevyneEsthetics) and Venmo (@DejaC22). The remaining balance can be paid using the same methods or in cash at the end of the service. By booking with Devyne Esthetics, you agree to these terms.
